一、 导入
1.Sing a song: How do you go to school?

课件展示交通方式图片,通过询问学生:How do you go to school?复习交通方式词语。
【设计意图】:先唱英语歌曲,再通过课件里的交通方式图片,让学生回答问句How do you go to school?对学生学习过的交通方式单词进行快速的回忆,使学生巩固本单元前几个课时学习的知识,为整个单元的教学起承上启下的铺垫作用。
二、新授
探究一:
1.引出单词:slow down,stop,wait
课件展示同学们预习时收集的交通标志的图片(如左转,右转,直行),询问学生们交通标志的意义,学生们可以顺利说出。接着呈现本节课中不同颜色信号灯的图片,询问学生们不同颜色的信号灯都有什么指示作用,学生们可以用汉语说出,但是不会用英语表达。在此基础上,教师讲授单词:slow down,stop,wait。板书slow down,stop,wait ,领读单词,让同学们跟读(跟读单词形式多样化,一列同学“开火车”读,男生女生分开读,全班同学“萝卜蹲”读),纠正个别发音不准同学的发音。
【设计意图】:课件中交通标志的呈现由易到难,由旧到新,体现了新旧知识间的过渡,衔接自然,利于同学们接受。跟读单词形式多样化,帮助学生练习新词的读音,既有趣又有效,适时激发起学生的学习乐趣和激情。单词发音准确也为接下来的句子练习打好基础,有利于提高学生们读好句子的自信心。

T:Boys and girls, as you have known so many traffic signs,can you try to say the rules about the traffic lights ?“红灯停,绿灯行,黄灯亮了等一等”,这些简单的交通规则同学们都耳熟能详,可是用英语表达就比较困难。因为英语中表达指示或命令的语句一般用祈使句。所以,本节课的难点是掌握祈使句的句型。
在讨论交通标志基础上,老师通过询问同学们交通规则引出本节课重点句型:Stop and wait at a red light. Slow down and stop at a yellow light. Go at a green light.引导学生过十字路口时注意看交通信号灯,看到不同的指示灯可以做出相应的动作,并可以给周围人正确的提示。

探究二:Role-play部分(情境导学)

化学实验因为实验的内容与实验的地方都不同,所以在设计实验的时候,教师要根据化学实验的这一特点安排不同的实验方式.但是,化学实验都有一个共同的目的,那就是在实验的过程中,提出问题,构思出实验假设,然后根据自己所学的知识,将提出的问题解决.根据实验的内容与特点,有三种不同的实验方式.
1.演示操作型实验设计
演示操作型实验,顾名思义,就是一种教师进行演示,学生观察实验的实验方式,在教学的过程中,教师通过演示实验的基本操作与流程,使学生通过直观的感受,学习到实验的方式,以及在实验过程中要注意的事项.学生通过观察直观的现象来解决教师在实验前预留的问题.例如,上面提到的“焰色反应”,利用钠的特殊性,设计一个关于钠的燃烧实验,在实验的过程中,教师以边演示、变实验的形式进行.在这一过程中,教师先给学生展示实验所需要的材料,然后再复习先前学过的知识,复习实验器具的使用注意事项,这样的实验复习形式,能够提高学生在实验过程中的严谨性,减小实验过程中的危险性,以及实验失败的几率.接着,在实验的过程中,燃烧金属钠,让学生直观的感受到生成的黄色火焰以及实验产生的黄色固体,这样就能对实验的结果有更加深刻的印象与理解.通过这一事例,我们可以知道,演示型实验就是直观的感性理解,这种教学形式就要求教师在教学设计上具有一定的灵活性,必要时还可引进一些课外知识,增加化学与生活的联系,让生活融入化学教学设计中,使实验更有实效性和启发性.
2.边讲边做型实验设计
在化学课堂教学的过程中,教师与学生的互动实验是,教师带领学生并指导学生进行实验,在实验进行的过程中,讲解与分析实验的原理及步骤,让学生与教师之间形成良好的互动,形成一种和谐的课堂氛围,调动学生的学习积极性,这也就是边讲边做实验.例如,二氧化硫性质的实验.在实验初期的准备阶段,我们首先要检查试管的干燥度,气体是否是集满的,因为如果气体收集不满,就会使液面的上升减少,导致液体的变化不明显,这样实验就不能成功,所以实验前的准备工作要做好.二氧化硫需要借助亚硫酸钠与酸反应来制备.品红溶液的质量分数以0.01%左右为宜,这样就会使溶液显酸性,但是又不至于影响实验的效果.二氧化硫不是万能的漂白剂,有些有色物质是不能被二氧化硫漂白的,所以在使用二氧化硫漂白的过程中,要先试验它的漂白效果.在讨论二氧化硫的漂白性时,与前面所学的知识(次氯酸的漂白作用)进行比较,使学生能够系统地理解漂白的原理,教会他们正确找出两种物质的区别.
3.学生探究型实验设计
学生探究型实验,顾名思义,是指学生在自己思考及动手的情况下,完成既定的实验.这种探究型的实验考查学生的创新思维能力及组织实验能力,并且全面考查了学生在课堂教学过程中的学与用的问题.在设计实验的过程中,要学会积极思考,判断分析,并且结合教材内容设计出切实可行的实验.例如,教材“几种重要的金属化合物中”有一小节要求学生区别碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠固体的实验,就是属于学生探究型实验,教师要求学生设计实验区分Na2CO3、NaHCO3的水溶性、Na2CO3、NaHCO3和盐酸、澄清石灰水、氯化钙溶液反应、Na2CO3、NaHCO3的热稳定性,然后结合教材给出的问题,完成表格记录,使学生掌握两者的区别.在实验的过程中,学生要注重两种物质不同的化学性质,然后以此为依据设计实验,并且在实验的过程中学会溶液的测定,试管、胶头滴管的正确使用以及加热操作等,通过这种学生自主设计实验的方式不但提高学了学生的动手能力,还在一定程度上启发了学生的思维,使学生更加会学习,爱学习.
三、人教版化学实验的设计与应用分析
寄生虫病仍是目前严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。近年全国范围的寄生虫感染调查发现,我国人体寄生虫有229种,其中线虫35种,吸虫47种,绦虫16种,原虫41种,其它寄生动物90种[1]。基于这种流行现状,在医学寄生虫学教学中引入临床案例分析可不容缓。然而,当前宁夏医科大学临床专业本科人体寄生虫课程教学时数严重压缩,总学时48学时,其中理论课20 学时,实验课(讲习课)28 学时,可见课程教学任务很重,在这种情况下,传统的以教师为主体的满堂灌已远远不能满足时展之需。只有探寻得力的教学辅助工具以及有效教学方法才能解决问题。
博客(BLOG)是一种新兴的交流方式。随着网络技术的迅猛发展,博客、微博客等相继成为重要的信息传播工具[2]。其教育功能逐渐得到教育工作者的重视并被引入到教学中。基于以上情况,近几年来我们教研室开展了适合我校实情的人体寄生虫学教学改革,成功地将传统授课方式结合博客辅助案例教学引入课堂,介绍如下。
1教学的实施过程
1.1建立病例库及精心编写案例 依据教学大纲和教学内容,认真搜集整理寄生虫的典型病例,尽可能选择能与教学内容对应的病例(尤其是西北地区特有的病例) 作为重点内容。积极与周围医院联系,及时收集新病例,实时关注文献报道的国内及区内新发病例,使病例库得以更新和不断完善。
1.2建立以学生为中心的教学博客 具体来讲,人体寄生虫学博客至少可以包括以下内容:
1.2.1课程信息 开学前将本课程的教学大纲、教学计划以及考核方式等信息上传到博客上,便于学生从整体上把握本课程。
1.2.2课前准备 每次上课前1w,上传本次课的教学目标、主要内容、重点难点以及与教学内容相对应病例与问题。教师根据本课程的教学大纲和培养目标,选出典型的4~6 种临床寄生虫病例,并对每一个病例提出3~5道综合性问题,对典型病例的一些问题,利用教材、参考书、教学软件及互联网等进行课前准备。
1.3传统教学结合案例分析教学的实施过程
1.3.1改进授课方式 理论课与实验课不分开,均在实验室开展。每周1次课,每次5学时。每次课由一名教师主讲,一名教师辅导。
1.3.2改良考核方式 我们以往的考核方式为期末卷面成绩占70%,实验报告20%,平时成绩10%。引入病例讨论后,需改进考核方式,以反映学生主动学习和综合应用各科知识解决临床实际问题的能力。 因此,在理论考试卷面中增加了案例分析 诊断等密切联系临床的题例,平时成绩主要反映学生分析病例、共同讨论时的表现。考核方式改为期末卷面成绩占60%,实验报告占20%,平时成绩占20%。
1.3.3课堂教学过程 ①主讲教师先用1学时(40min)讲本次课所有寄生虫的形态结构,然后学生用1学时观察标本并绘制图,完成实验报告。主讲教师再用1学时讲解次课所有寄生虫的生活史及其致病特点,剩余2个学时用来讨论案例及问题。②建立教学小组和讨论问题:2012级临床卓越医师班共36名学生,以学生自愿结合老师协调方式分为4个教学小组,主讲老师和辅导教师各负责两个小组。针对教师提出的典型病例的一些问题,同组同学进行讨论。③老师回答问题及效果观察:教师对学生的解答内容进行答疑,指出学生答题中存在的问题,教师根据每位学生的实际表现,给出本次课的平时成绩。
2教学效果分析评价
实验组与对照组在同一学期严格按照教学计划进行教学。课程结束后,理论课考试采用标准化试卷笔试,以优秀,良好,及格,不及格四个等级记录;实验课成绩是10次实验报告分数的总和,同样以优秀,良好,及格,不及格四个等级记录。实验组除理论课成绩和实验课成绩外,还有平时成绩。在教学效果比较分析时只采用前两项,见表1。
表1的分析结果表明,实验组的理论与实验考核的优秀率与不及格率均优于对照组。说明案例教学不仅能加深学生对寄生虫病的理解,而且能够培养学生处理临床实际问题的能力。博客辅助案例教学可以激发学生的兴趣和学习热情,调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,培养学生自主学习的能力及发现问题和解决问题的能力。有利于培养学生的综合性思维以及团队合作能力。
3结论
人体寄生虫学是一门与临床紧密联系的医学基础课。通过博客这种重要的交流和沟通工具,可以弥补课堂教学中无法大量进行案例讨论的局限,使课堂教学得以扩展,也使学生能够随时表达学习心得以及与主讲教师探讨某些问题,形成一个大家共享的学习平台。
总之,借助先进的信息传播工具,在传统的理论教学的基础上结合病例讨论,是适应现代医学教育模式的需要,也是提高教学质量及医学人才实践能力的迫切需要。

资产清查工作方案
为全面摸清我市国有资产经营公司的资产存量、结构、分布与效益状况,进一步规范国有资产经营公司的经营行为,加强对国有资产的管理,确保国有资产保值增值,制定本方案。
一、工作目标
摸清我市国有资产经营公司的“家底”,如实反映各公司的资产质量和财务状况,进一步加强对国有资产的监督管理,不断完善国有资产经营公司的管理体制。
二、清查范围和内容
(一)清查范围。
1.基本情况清查:对市直国有资产经营公司的编制、人员等基本情况进行统计。
2.资产清查:对国有资产经营公司的固定资产、流动资产、对外投资、无形资产及负债进行清查。
3.经营状况和资产损失挂帐的清查:
4.建章建制:针对资产清查工作中发现的问题,要建立健全相应的财务资产管理制度、内部控制制度、信贷审批制度等。
(二)清查内容。
1.货币资金的清查。
(1)对现金的清查。要实地盘点检查日库存现金,并倒推清查时间点库存现金是否与账面数相符。现金明细账按所查实数确认。
(2)对银行存款的清查。按银行对账单确认余额。
2.信贷资产的清查。
(1)按贷款合同清查贷款的真实性。如果借款人是虚假的,应查清性质及资金去向。
(2)按《贷款风险分类指导原则》等要求,对贷款予以核实,并提出分类意见。
(3)对信用放款及抵押(质押)贷款予以核实分类。对属于无效担保、抵押的贷款,应补办保证或抵押手续。
对认定为呆账贷款的,应逐笔登记呆账贷款确认表。
(4)对贷款资产进行评定。在逐笔调查取证核实的基础上,根据债务人的信用程度、盈利能力、管理水平、发展前景等综合因素进行评定。
3.应收账款的清查。
(1)应收利息的清查。按照财务会计制度的规定和权责发生制原则,依据借款合同逐笔进行核实。对银行存款、各项贷款等项目的应收利息,均应按核实后账面价值以借款合同利率和合同签订日的法定利率分别计算到基准日。
(2)其他应收款的清查。清查应收款项的债权是否存在,审核科目核算的正确性。
4.投资的清查。
(1)对债券投资、股票投资和其他投资进行清查,确认其所有权及持有形式;投资行为的合法性、真实性;账实是否相符。
(2)对长期投资中非股权投资部分,根据业务内容分别进行清查,重点核查对土地、房屋项目的长期投资。
5.委托贷款及委托投资的清查。
对由委托人指定项目、提供委托资金、承担经济责任的委托贷款,结合委托存款,逐笔确认。对无法确认的,视同信用贷款。将委托投资与委托存款相结合进行清查。确认委托合同的真实性。无法确认的,列入投资进行清查。
6.固定资产和在建工程的清查。
(1)核实固定资产原值、净值、已提折旧额是否真实、准确。对清查出的各项盘盈、盘亏固定资产,要认真查明原因。
(2)审核在建工程的有关报批手续是否完备,并对在建工程的成本进行审查,剔除不合理的部分。
7.递延资产的清查
准确核算原发生额和构成,审查受益期和摊销额是否合理,对不合理部分进行调整。
8.租赁资产的清查。
审查租赁业务的合法、合规性,准确核实租赁资产的实际成本。逐笔核实租赁资产的对象、期限,并对租金逾期予以说明。
9.呆账准备金、坏账准备金和投资风险准备金的清查。
按会计制度的规定,审查公司计提各项准备金的准确性。
10.对其他的清查。
主要包括对外担保等的清查。要对公司提供的对外担保进行全面清理,确认担保责任。
11.其他资产的清查。
重点清查账外资产。
12.债务及所有者权益的清查。
(1)应付证券的清查。对行证券款、代兑付证券款、代售证券款,要与相应的资产性项目相结合进行审查。
(2)应付帐款的清查。审查债务的真实性,债务不真实的应查明其来源。重点清查是否按权责发生制计提各项借款、发行债券、长期应付款等应付未付利息。
(3)对所有者权益的清查。要确认股东身份的合法性,实收资本的来源是否合法、合规,资本金是否到位。
(4)对投资收益和利润分配情况进行清查。
三、工作步骤
清查分为三个阶段,从2004年7月10日开始,2004年8月31日结束。2004年5月31日为资产清查基准。
(一)第一阶段为准备阶段(2004年7月10日至7月20日)。
1.召开国有资产经营公司资产清查工作会议进行动员和部署。
2.各国有资产经营公司明确领导机构和办事机构。
3.各国有资产经营公司要根据本部门、本单位的实际情况制定具体的实施方案。
4.组织开展国有资产经营公司资产清查人员培训和宣传活动。
(二)第二阶段为实施阶段(2004年7月21日至8月20日)。
1.单位自查(2004年7月21日至7月31日),各国有资产经营公司成立资产清查组织机构,专门负责这次清查工作。对各项资产、各项资金进行清查、登记、核对;对清查结果和查出的问题进行更正,编制本单位资产清查报表及说明,并进行报表数据录入。自查结束后,各单位要写出自查情况总结交清查办公室。
2.国有资产经营公司资产清查工作领导小组组织核实、验收(2004年8月1日至8月20日)。在国有资产经营公司自查的基础上,清查工作领导小组根据实际情况,组织相关人员组织复查小组对经营公司进行复查、验收。对自查不彻底的单位,要责成其补查,对资产损失和资金挂帐应作为复查的重点。复查结束后,由复查小组向市清查领导小组写出复查情况的书面报告。,全国公务员共同天地
(三)第三阶段汇总情况和整改(2004年8月21日至8月31日)。
1.根据对国有资产经营公司清查情况进行汇总,并向国有资产经营公司资产清查工作领导小组汇报。
2.针对国有资产经营公司在经营管理和财务管理中存在的问题,清查工作领导小组要督促其限期整改。
四、工作要求
(一)这次资产清查应做到全面彻底,不重不漏,账实相符,通过核实“家底”,找出企业经营管理中存在的矛盾和问题,以便完善制度、加强管理、堵塞漏洞。
