正所谓"教学无法、贵在得法",《服装生产管理》课程实践教学模式有多种形式,但其中的"模拟工厂"教学模式是一种行之有效的实践教学模式,这种教学模式集情境性与实践性于一体,可以使学生置身于良好的情境中参与动手实践过程,在潜移默化中提升学生的动手能力和创新思维。这种实践性教学模式值得借鉴和推广。
1.采取"模拟工厂"教学模式
所谓"模拟工厂"教学模式,就是在高职院校中利用实验室的服装生产设备,模仿企业真实的生产流程,让学生参与生产实践活动,并促使学生在实践活动中扮演某种特定的角色,参与真实活动,以此提升学生的实践能力。
"模拟工厂"教学模式具有显而易见的特点,一是可以有效解决学生去企业实习的期望和企业经济利益之间的矛盾。高职院校以前安排的实践教学中,也有设置企业实习环节,但是学生去企业实习一般会影响到企业的正常生产经营工作,所以难以得到企业的真心欢迎,而企业也出于自身的考虑,往往为学生安排一些简单的工作,当学生满怀期待地去企业实习,往往难以学到真实的本领,最终失望而归。二是能有效解决校内实习中学生分工不明确的问题。"模拟工厂"就是高职院校特地为学生组建的仿真性工厂,每个学生在"厂"里承担不同的职责,扮演不同的角色,学到不同的技能,最终成为复合型劳动者。
在"模拟工厂"中,每个学生都有自己具体的工作职责,可以感受到自己承担的责任,培养他们的社会责任感。组建"模拟工厂"的步骤并不难,比如一个班有40个人,可以分为4个小组,每个小组有10名成员,小组自行决定厂名和logo,并成立财务部、生产部、设计部和销售部等。这4个部门下面再设置不同的子部门,维持整个"模拟工厂"的运行。
2."模拟工厂"实践模式的具体实施
在《服装生产管理》这门课程的实践教学中实施"模拟工厂"实践模式,首先要让学生掌握应有的理论知识,然后再进行"模拟工厂"综合实践。具体实施步骤如下:
(1)按照"组间同质、组内异质"的原则将学生分为一系列小组,组建"模拟工厂"。按照具体的各小组人数,教师引导学生设置管理机构和职能部门,还要选出厂长和职能部门,建立严格的规章制度,按照现代企业的生产运作流程开展操作活动,使学生置身于真实的生产管理环境中,以"准职业人"的身份参与实践。
(2)指导教师为学生安排设计主题,比如夏天T恤、秋天风衣等,使各个"模拟工厂"展开竞争。
(3)每个"模拟工厂"都要亲自参与市场调研,明确产品定位,设计出详细的方案,共同讨论,直至最后确定服装的款式细节。
(4)各个小组制定生产计划,制作工业样板,计算工时,并按步完成。
(5)按照样衣试制,并合理估算原辅材料用量,然后着手相关的生产准备工作。
(6)各个小组设计科学的裁剪方案,然后正式进入排料、铺料、裁剪、分扎等工作中。
(7)制作好成衣后,对其进行严格检验,然后进行包装。
(8)商量好衣服价格,投入销售进程。
在所有实践环境中,教师要进行全程指导,要保证实践过程的顺利进行。毋庸置疑,理论转化为实践,需要一个过程,学生可能遇到各种问题,需要教师悉心指导,对学生加强引领,使学生学到真实的本领。
3.提高教师的综合素质
随着国内经济发展,人们消费观念升级,个性化定制服装的需求逐渐增加,给服装制造商提出了很多新要求,为快速反应市场变化,满足市场需求,制造商需要提高生产效率。服装生产为劳动密集型产业,离不开人工,这就决定了人工对生产效率的影响极大。实现智能化生产是服装生产企业的发展趋势,但是非常多企业受限于购入智能化设备成本高,在提升效率方面,只能选择最大化发挥人工作用。应该如何运用管理心理学激发员工在服装生产过程中的动力,促进生产效率,下文我将从服装企业组织和服装生产环节两个环节进行分析。
