可以说这次面试机会是父母四处奔波求情，好多人为我说好话而争取来的。我读高中的天门中学17位老师联名写信，要大学见见我后再做决定，他们认为大学老师见到我后一定会满意的。我的这些善良的老师们对我充满信心，并派了一名老师陪同我参加面试。

那天清晨，我和老师赶到这所大学面试。我知道面试将决定我是否被录取。前一天晚上我整夜无眠，设想了面试中的种种提问，我该怎样回答。

当我怀着忐忑不安的心情走进面试考场，近百平米的会议室仅有三个考官，一个学校校医，一位计算机系的辅导员，还有一位招办人员，他们都非常年轻，与我的设想完全不同。我相信年纪大些的长者更具同情心，我苦有所失。会议室的光线较暗，我和天中的老师坐在他们的对面，距离较远，于我看口型很不利。加上考官都是一副严肃的面孔，我的心情异常紧张。

医生说了长长的一段话要我复述。我张着耳朵听，越想听清楚越听不清楚。依稀从他们的口型辨别，大致复述了几句。后来一位考官问了几个问题都很简单。比如你能否适应大学生活？如果你戴着助听器别人歧视你怎么办？

我说：“我经历多了，我不会在意，而且我一定会和他们沟通。”为了说服考官，我努力表现自己，说自己会克服困难，还争取考研究生呢！

不说则已，说了却引发别人的轻蔑。有的感觉我自不量力“哼”了一声，或许他们在想：“你一个聋人，大学都不可能读，还想考研究生？”

陪同我面试的天门中学老师告诉我：面试的问题很生僻，是不常见的一段话，我的复述主要内容还是说出来了。或许是为了安慰我，天门中学老师说他自己都没完全听明白。依照正常人的听力标准，这所大学否定了我的入学资格。

几经周折我到一所二类大学读书，经过四年学习，我以优异的成绩大学毕业，并获得学士学位。依照我的大学成绩，导师鼓励我继续深造。

我渴望深造，又不想改专业。报哪所学校呢？北大一直是我的梦！我不知自己是否有实力考上？就是考上了，北大能接纳我吗？

后来邮购了一本《考研指导》，介绍说名校更公开、公正、透明，不搞暗箱操作。我鼓起勇气报考了北京大学！

当我的考试分数超过录取分数线70多分时，我最担心的是面试能否过关？或许是“一朝被蛇咬，十年怕井绳”。我非常担心这一次又因耳聋会遭遇学校的拒绝。那些日子我一直处于惶惑不安之中。
